Email: Art directed and produced emails for Allbirds customer lifecycles, loyalty & retention, and special campaigns.
Performance Marketing: Art Directed and produced motion graphics for ad content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google Display ads
using After Effects, Photoshop, in collaboration with freelance photographers and stylists.
Web Design for E-commerce: Designed in collaboration with the e-commerce team and developers, I redesigned the Product Detail Page and Help Center.
Product Detail Page - Redesigned the PDP to accomodate for international expansion and sizing and ADA compliance (AA standard).
Help Center - Redesigned the Help Center Page to align with Zendesk Customer Experience needs, common searches, and decrease customer calls to the CX team.
